Shopping hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday, from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, and from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. You can get to the hundreds of stores located here in less than ten minutes on foot from either of our Calgary communities.
The local Staples (1215 9th Avenue Southwest) sells all your practical back-to-school supplies, like paper, pens and pencils, and a calculator. To get to the closest Staples, drive only four minutes from First on Tenth (123 10th Avenue South West). This store is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the weekdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, and from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Before you head back to the classroom, you may want to update your laptop or buy a new tablet. The Source (315 8 Avenue Southwest) is an eight-minute drive from our 1010 First Street South West property and is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday through Wednesday, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday and Friday, and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. This store has a variety of back-to-school sales on school tech, tech accessories, and even dorm essentials such as small appliances like microwaves.
