On November 29, 2012, FPRO (Federation of Rental Housing Providers of Ontario), held its twelfth annual awards gala in Toronto. FRPO’s MAC (Marketing, Achievement and Construction) Awards recognize success and quality in Ontario’s rental housing sector. Hazelview received three nominations and an award for Lobby Renovation of the Year.
Nominations included Curb Appeal at 665 Roselawn Avenue in Toronto and Suite Renovation over $7500 for 34 Maitland, Toronto. Both of these renovations transformed these buildings and improved their aesthetic appeal.
Hazelview was awarded Lobby Renovation of the Year for 205 Hunter Street West in Hamilton. The lobby was transformed from an outdated and tired space to a sleek, modern, impressive design that incorporated the architectural intent of the original lobby.
This award adds to our collection of FRPO awards which include:
- 2011 - Suite Renovation over $5000 – 600 Kingston Road, Toronto
- 2010 – Suite Renovation over $5000 – 75 Broadway Avenue, Toronto
- 2008 – Lobby Renovation of the Year – 1161 Wellington Street, Ottawa
Hazelview is honoured by these nominations and are especially proud to have received this year’s award for Lobby Renovation of the Year.
