The 13th annual Calgary Underground Film Festival is scheduled this spring for April 11th through 17th. The event showcases films with plots and messages that defy convention. Films are shown at Globe Cinema (617 8 Avenue Southwest), a 10-minute walk from both First on Tenth Apartments (123 10 Avenue Southwest) and Lofts on First Apartments (1010 1 Street Southwest).

With seven days full of films, plus a launch reception on April 10th, there is plenty to see and do at the upcoming Calgary festival. Pack your day full of films or pick and choose which titles interest you most.
